She holds a Master’s in Special Education – Early Childhood and a Bachelor of Teaching – Special Education, underlining her dedication to the field.

Throughout her career, Jessee has held diverse roles within Sydney schools, including classroom teaching positions in both public and private settings, as well as serving as Deputy Principal at an Autism-Specific School. In addition to her work in schools, Jessee has delivered professional development to educators across the Northern Beaches and wider Sydney area, focusing on neurodivergent-affirming practices, environmental adaptations, and strategies that support children’s growth and learning.
A lifelong learner, Jessee remains dedicated to professional development, with extensive training in emotional regulation, structured supports, visual supports, and communication techniques. She is also trained in the Collaborative Problem Solving (CPS) model, which emphasises mutual problem-solving and collaboration between children and adults. This approach fosters a deep sense of understanding, empathy, and partnership.
Jessee is further trained in the SCERTS model (Social Communication, Emotional Regulation, and Transactional Support), which supports the development of social communication and emotional regulation. She is also a qualified Secret Agent Society coach and has received training in Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and The Early Start Denver Model (ESDM).

He values family time and maintains a balanced lifestyle through surfing and yoga, which helps him stay centred and attuned to the needs of those he works with.
With a strong foundation in neurodiversity and person-centred approaches, Baly champions a therapy model that is tailored to each child’s unique strengths and needs. He advocates for play-based, collaborative, and family-focused therapy, working closely with families, daycare staff, and other support networks to create personalised special education goals for each child. He incorporates sensory and emotional regulation techniques that help children feel calm, centered, and in control of their bodies and emotions, while also supporting their social and developmental growth.
Baly holds a Bachelor of Arts with a Diploma of Education and is an Advanced-trained Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) therapist. His extensive training includes speech and communication support, emotional and sensory regulation, visual and structured supports, social skills development, fine motor skills enhancement, and school readiness/transition strategies.

Maddy is a warm, intuitive, and deeply committed Occupational Therapist with a passion for supporting neurodivergent children and their families. As a mother of a neurodivergent child, Maddy brings a personal, lived understanding of the journey families walk—offering not only professional expertise but genuine empathy and connection. Her approach is grounded in respect for each child’s individuality, neurodivergent identity, and unique way of experiencing the world.
Holding a Bachelor of Health Science and a Master of Occupational Therapy from Charles Darwin University, Maddy continues to build her expertise through evidence-based, relationship-focused training, including; Ayres Sensory Integration, Primitive Reflex Integration, More than Words and an introduction to DIR Floortime. She is also experienced in integrating Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices into her sessions, supporting children in finding meaningful, accessible ways to connect and communicate.

Her sessions are designed to be engaging and safe, fostering a sense of joy, comfort, and agency. Ashleigh is a dedicated Therapy Assistant at NeuroGlimmer, bringing a wealth of experience in supporting neurodivergent children and families. With an extensive background in disability support, Ashleigh has developed a deep understanding of the diverse needs of neurodivergent individuals. She has worked across a variety of settings, including community support, educational environments, and home-based care, helping children navigate the world in ways that honour their unique strengths and challenges.
Currently studying to become a nurse, Ashleigh is expanding her skill set to further advocate for and support neurodivergent individuals, bringing a holistic, healthcare-centred perspective to her role. Her previous experience includes assisting children in accessing the community, supporting their participation in educational settings, and offering in-home care, where she focuses on creating environments that are inclusive, supportive, and empowering.
As a Therapy Assistant, Ashleigh collaborates closely with NeuroGlimmer’s senior therapists to assess, plan, and implement individualised therapy plans for children. She supports children during therapy sessions, tracks their progress, and provides valuable feedback to enhance the therapy experience. Ashleigh’s approach is always person-centered, ensuring that each child’s neurodivergent identity is celebrated and affirmed.
