She has completed DIR Floortime 101, an approach grounded in the Developmental, Individual-differences, Relationship-based model, which focuses on meeting children at their developmental level and building strong, meaningful relationships through play-based, child-led interactions. This method supports emotional growth, social connection, and communication by following the child’s lead and expanding on their interests.
Jessee is also trained in the Collaborative Problem Solving (CPS) model, which emphasises mutual problem-solving and collaboration between children and adults. Together, these approaches foster a deep sense of understanding, empathy, and partnership, helping children feel supported while developing essential skills for everyday life.
Jessee is further trained in the SCERTS model (Social Communication, Emotional Regulation, and Transactional Support), which supports the development of social communication and emotional regulation. She is also a qualified Secret Agent Society coach and has received training in Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and The Early Start Denver Model (ESDM).
Jessee’s commitment to staying at the forefront of neurodivergent-affirming practices ensures that she continues to offer exceptional, compassionate support to children and their families, helping them navigate the world on their own terms and unlock their full potential.
